By accessing the good1 platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have accepted all the terms set out below. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform. good1 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or registering on the good1 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms have been drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Full compliance with this document is a prerequisite for using any good1 service. Users must confirm that they are at least 18 years of age and that they are providing truthful information regarding their identity, age, and place of residence. Minors are strictly prohibited from using this platform, and any violation of this rule will result in immediate account closure. If you do not accept these terms, you will not be able to access any services, bonuses, or offers.
2. Account Creation & Security
To open an account with good1, you must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information. Each person may only hold one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a violation of our Terms & Conditions. The name, address, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be accurate — good1 reserves the right to close any account found to contain false information. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials, password, and PIN confidential, and you must not share them with anyone. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact the good1 support team immediately. good1 may request identity documents or other proof at any time for the purpose of verifying your account information.

3. User Responsibilities
Each user is fully responsible for their own conduct and activities while using the good1 platform. All bets, transactions, and actions carried out from your account are considered your own — this responsibility cannot be waived even if someone else accessed your account. Users may not engage in any fraudulent activity, bot usage, bonus abuse through multiple accounts, or system manipulation. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior directed at other users is strictly prohibited. You must ensure that participating in online betting is legal under the local laws of your jurisdiction — any use of the service beyond what is legally permitted is entirely your own responsibility. good1 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and to notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

4. Platform Usage Rules
The good1 platform may only be used for lawful entertainment and betting purposes. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, sale, or commercial use of any part of the platform is strictly prohibited. Users may not attempt to introduce malware, viruses, or any harmful code into the system — any such attempt may result in legal action. Bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers provided by good1 must be used strictly within the specified terms, and any misuse may result in account suspension. Attempting to exploit any technical glitch or error on the platform is strictly forbidden, and good1 reserves the right to void any transactions associated with such incidents. good1 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently discontinue any specific game or service at any time and for any reason.
5. Payment & Transaction Information (BDT)
All financial transactions on the good1 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via popular mobile banking services, bank transfers, and approved payment gateways. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by good1 and are subject to change. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is approved, and in some cases additional KYC documents may need to be submitted. Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal, which will be detailed in each offer's terms. good1 reserves the right to reverse or adjust any erroneous or unauthorized transactions; however, no refunds will be issued in cases of deliberate fraud.

6. Limitation of Liability
Good1 provides its services on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. good1 shall not be liable for any financial loss incurred by users due to technical issues, server outages, internet disruptions, or any other similar cause. good1's liability for any financial loss, lost profits, or other damages arising directly or indirectly from betting or gaming activities shall be limited to the amount spent in that specific transaction. good1 is not responsible for any failures or faults attributable to third-party platforms, payment providers, or other external services. Users participate in betting activities voluntarily and bear full responsibility for all wins and losses — good1 will not provide compensation in such cases. good1 shall not be held liable for service interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, or government directives.
7. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Good1 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances: breach of Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, submission of false information, suspicion of money laundering, or prolonged account inactivity. Prior to closing an account, good1 will generally notify the user by email or platform notification; however, immediate action may be taken in cases of serious violations. Whether any remaining balance is refunded upon account closure will depend on the reason for closure — in cases of Terms violations, funds held in the account may be forfeited. Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the Help Center, and self-exclusion may be available under our responsible gaming policy. Requests to reopen a closed account are subject to good1's discretion and are not guaranteed to be approved.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the good1 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is protected under the intellectual property rights of good1 or its licensors. Users may only view and use platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, modifying, distributing, or commercially using any content without prior written permission from good1 is strictly prohibited by law. The good1 brand name, trademarks, and logos are registered property and may not be used by any third party. good1 reserves the full right to pursue legal action in the event of any intellectual property infringement, and the associated user's account will be immediately terminated.
9. Third-Party Links & Governing Law
The good1 platform may occasionally contain references to third-party websites or services. good1 has no control over the content, policies, or service standards of those third-party sites, and users access them at their own risk. good1 works with third-party payment providers, each of which has its own terms and privacy policy available on their respective platforms. Any disputes involving good1 will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, and jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts of Bangladesh. Any disagreement between a user and good1 will first be addressed through amicable discussion, and if that is not possible, legal proceedings will follow. good1 operates in full compliance with all applicable laws of Bangladesh and is committed to adhering to any regulatory directives.
10. Changes to Terms
Good1 reserves the right to modify, revise, or update any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, good1 will post a notice on the platform or inform users via their registered email address. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
